DCF har modtaget en meget fin rapport fra David Gelling, som her i weekenden var på besøg i Danmark for at afslutte et ECB level 2 kursus. Alle kursisterne bestod.
I kan læse rapporten herunder på engelsk.
After another Coach Education weekend in Copenhagen here is a brief report on recent visits to Denmark and an update on the development of coaches in the Country. Over the last few years the DCF have been very pro-active in Coach Education with over 100 newly qualified coaches from Under 17/19 and Ladies “ICC Introductory” courses through to UKCC1 Coaching Assistant & UKCC2 Coach Awards and two ECB Coach Development Workshops courses & ECB Club Coach Assessments with 13 now qualified Club Coaches [ECB L2+]. These courses have taken place in Jutland [West Denmark] in an excellent Sports College in Vejle & at the superb House Of Sport, in Brondby near Copenhagen. They have been well attended & supported by DCF with accommodation, catering & refreshments provided. With the development of Colts cricket in both West & East Denmark and the recent addition of Ladies cricket, the DCF are looking to progress within ICC Europe and have a great nucleus of recently qualified coaches at all levels to ensure that Denmark continue to be positive in their investment in the future of cricket & coaching through Coach Education courses in Denmark.
