Edinburgh South Cricket Club are organising an innovative end of season 6s festival which will take place in September.  Clubs are invited to send teams to Scotland’s capital where the host club will organise all cricket and accommodation for the event which will take place on 11 to 13th September. Should rain intervene then the tournament will go indoors and become a table cricket event next to the bar! Each team is guaranteed at least four matches with the opportunity if they double up to have an 11 a side friendly on the Sunday. There will be a strictly no whites policy, with a prize for the most originally dressed team Everything is sorted out by Edinburgh South all clubs have to do is get to Edinburgh to participate.

The package includes:- • 2 nights accommodation (twin room sharing) • Friday night drinks and buffet, reception and tournament draw • All matches on Saturday 12th – with all teams playing at least four matches and reaching the semi final of one of three competitions (depending on group finish) • Three course dinner on the Saturday evening along with awards • If double up with another 6s team, we’ll organise opposition for an 11 a side friendly for you on the Sunday   Things you should know: • Strictly no whites, and a prize for the most originally dressed team • Travelling supporters welcome • If it rains, we’ll be holding a table cricket tournament – right next to the bar!
